JOSEPH M. MEIR - PRESIDENT

Joseph Meir was born and raised in Raleigh, North Carolina. Since graduation from Duke University in 1981, he has been actively involved in the commercial real estate business. In 1984, Mr. Meir joined the Real Estate Department at Prudential-Bache Securities Inc., in New York City, where he became Assistant Vice President. At the investment bank, he put together joint ventures and limited partnerships for new developments throughout the United States. In 1987, Mr. Meir decided to enter the development side of the business and left the investment bank to attend the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in their Center for Real Estate Development. After receiving his Masters Degree, he spent one year with Richard Gordon Interests, a Hartford-based commercial office developer, before returning to Raleigh to join his father and Blue Ridge Realty, Inc. Mr. Meir has an AB degree form Duke University, an MBA from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke and a Masters Degree in Real Estate Development from MIT. He is a licensed real estate broker in North Carolina, and has spoken at real estate conferences and tax seminars. He is currently a member of the Rebel Chapter of Young Presidents Organization (YPO) and a past President and Board Member of The Triangle Area Office Building Association.

ALBERT R. MEIR - VICE PRESIDENT

Albert Meir was born and raised in Raleigh, North Carolina. Since graduation from Purdue University in 1987, he has been actively involved in commercial real estate leasing and sales. Prior to joining Blue Ridge Realty, Inc. in 1996, Mr. Meir was an Associate with Joseph Hilton Associates Inc., a commercial real estate firm based in New York City. His expertise includes the disposition and acquisition of leased office space and has extensive experience as a tenant representative. Mr. Meir has a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Purdue University and is a Degree Candidate with the Commercial Investment Real Estate Council (CCIM). In addition, he is a licensed real estate broker in North Carolina and New York. He is a member of the Triangle Area Office Building Association ("TRAOBA").

VICTOR MEIR- VICE PRESIDENT/IN HOUSE COUNSEL

Victor Meir was born and raised in Raleigh, North Carolina. He is an attorney and a member of the North Carolina State Bar, the Tenth Judicial District Bar and the North Carolina Bar Association. Prior to attending law school, he worked for Blue Ridge Realty, handling property management duties. While attending law school, he clerked for the law firm of Johnson, Mercer, Hearn & Vinegar in their corporate and real estate departments. His expertise is in the area of contracts, leases and property management. Mr. Meir has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and a Juris Doctor from Western New England School of Law in Springfield, Massachusetts.
